L is for Lazy Summer Days

Summer days are hot.
Bugs crawl on your face.
And you must keep the grass you are laying on fluffed.
There are tasty pieces of grass to nibble on.
And you yawn constantly and contentedly.

It has been hot lately but we had storms blow through last night and it's much cooler today

Don't you just hate it when bugs crawl on your face??? I know I do! But that lovely grass looks so inviting to me, since we live in Tucson and have no grass in our yard! Your beautiful goat looks happy, despite the heat!!!

Oh you make me miss my goats that I used to have. Some day...some day!

Yay! Another goatie blog~!

I don't have any goats myself, but I love reading about them. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and commenting. I truly appreciate it! :)

Certainly, the days are way too hot for even basking!

Tinky almost looks like he's giving you the goat stare of death in that first picture~too hot and lazy to be a supermodel! I just love the picture of him sniffing the grass.

I think goats are so cute, and you've got such a great model there.. You've definitely captured the angst of a hot summer day!
